When you use the Service, your input data (specifications, prompts, and configurations) is transmitted to and processed by these AI systems to deliver the requested functionality.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your usage of the Service to analyze trends, improve our AI capabilities, train models, and enhance Service quality. This aggregated data cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will not use your specific, identifiable specifications or proprietary content to train AI models shared with other users without obtaining your explicit consent.

Third-party AI providers that process your data on our behalf are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of your data and may not use it for purposes beyond providing the Service, subject to their own applicable terms and policies.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers and Processors: We share data with trusted third-party vendors and partners who assist in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, AI processing services, payment processors, analytics providers, email delivery services, and customer support tools. These providers are authorized to use your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

  • Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose, including research, analytics, and marketing.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and secure software development practices.

However, no system of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Service. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining records for auditing and security.

When your account is deleted or your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it, unless retention is required by applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. However, disabling certain cookies may impact the functionality or features of the Service.

We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how to handle such signals.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated or controlled by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit or interact with. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party websites or services.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to promptly delete that information. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

13. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content

Applications and content generated through the Service may be publicly accessible or shared by you with others. Any personal information included in user-generated or AI-generated content that you choose to publish or share is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for the privacy of any information you make publicly available or share with third parties through applications you create using the Service.

14. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We will provide you with information about the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking to address and mitigate the impact.

15. Third-Party AI Providers and Data Processing

The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers to process your specifications and generate content. When you use the Service, your input data may be transmitted to these providers for processing. We require our AI providers to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures, but their handling of data is also subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

We may change AI providers from time to time to improve the Service. We will not knowingly select providers whose data practices are materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

16. Data Processing for Business Users

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization and process personal data of your customers, employees, or other individuals through the Service, you may require a formal Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") to comply with applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws.

  • DPA Availability: We offer a DPA upon request for qualifying business users. The DPA will supplement this Privacy Policy and govern our processing of personal data on your behalf. To request a DPA, contact us at help@lookingforward.ai.
  • Subprocessors: We use third-party subprocessors (including cloud hosting, AI processing, analytics, and payment services) to help provide the Service. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request. We will notify business users with a DPA in place of material changes to our subprocessor list.
  • Data Roles: For personal data you submit to or process through the Service, you act as the data controller (or "business" under CCPA) and we act as the data processor (or "service provider"). For data we collect directly about you (account and usage data), we act as the data controller.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and where required by law, providing additional notice such as email notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
