How an agency runs on it
- 1A buyer goes through the listings and filters them to what they can afford.Your site
- 2A seller asks what their own place is worth.Your site
- 3A buyer works out the monthly figure before they call anyone.Your site
- 4They request a showing on a property, at a time that suits them.Your site
- 5You enter and update every listing yourself, photographs and all.Back office
- 6The showing sits with the agent who takes it, next to the enquiry.Back office
What it does not do: Listings are entered by hand. There is no MLS or IDX feed behind this.
What sets it apart
Built together
The site your customers use and the back office you run it from come out of one build, and each tool comes with the admin screens to manage it.
A mobile app on Professional
From $29/mo: one iOS and Android app with an area for your customers, and one each for you and your staff, built from the same description.
Yours to keep
Real Next.js and PostgreSQL code. Export it to GitHub, or deploy it to your own AWS or Google Cloud account.
No cut of your business
One flat subscription — no per-booking fee, no revenue share. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
From idea to live site
Three steps. You only pay at the third. A small website — or an Android app — can be ready in as little as 15 minutes; larger builds take longer.
1
Say what you do

2
It gets built

3From $19/mo
Publish it
Goes live on your own address, hosted for you — or deploy to your own AWS or Google Cloud.

Questions real estate owners ask
Can I put my listings on it?
Yes — each property gets its own page with photos, details and price, and an enquiry that reaches you rather than a portal. You add and retire listings from the back office.
Can buyers book a viewing?
Yes. Scheduling is set up as property showings, so a buyer picks a slot from your availability instead of a round of calls.
What captures leads if someone is not ready to buy?
A free valuation request — the classic reason a homeowner gives you their details months before they list. Mortgage calculators sit alongside it for buyers doing sums.
Can I show the agents in my office?
Yes. Each agent gets a profile, and listings and showings can point at the right person rather than a shared inbox.
I am an independent agent, not a brokerage. Does that work?
Yes. Nothing assumes a team — a single agent gets the same listings, showings and valuation tool, and the agent directory simply has one entry.
What does it cost?
$19/month on the Solo plan covers the site, hosting on your own address, and the back office that runs it — or deployment to your own AWS or Google Cloud account if you prefer. You can build the whole thing and look at it before you pay anything.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on the Professional plan ($29/month). The description that builds your website also builds one iOS and Android app with up to three areas: one for your customers, and — behind a login — one for you and one for your staff. The Android build installs directly; publishing to Google Play or the App Store goes through your own developer accounts.
Do I own what it builds?
Yes, with one caveat. What it builds for you (your content, data, configuration, and the code generated from your inputs) is yours to keep, sell through, and take with you. The admin backoffice and common modules underneath are shared platform code that other customers use too; that stays ours, under a permanent licence to you. It is a real Next.js and PostgreSQL application, exportable to GitHub at any time, with no lock-in and no revenue share.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You pick what your business needs, the AI builds it, and you change things by describing them or by right-clicking the part you want to adjust.
Can I change it later?
Yes — the AI agent edits an existing site, so adding a service or changing your hours does not mean starting over.
